Update iTunes
- To update iTunes, press the Windows key + I hotkey, and select the Check for updates option.
- Then, press the Install option to confirm.
- For 32-bit Windows 7, update iTunes to version 12.6.1 or later.
- For 64-bit Windows 7, update iTunes to version 12.6.1 or later.
- Open the App Store app on your iOS device.

Change your USB Port
