How to Block an Email Address on Yahoo

Open the Email Troubleshooter

1. To do that, click on the Start button, type troubleshooter in the text field, and click on the relevant search result.
2. Click troubleshooting to open the window shown in the snapshot directly below.
3. Select the Other troubleshooters tab, and then click on Yahoo Mail.
4. Click the Run the troubleshooter button.
5. Then, click the Next button.
   
6. Select the Skip option for the Do you want to save any files on my computer? prompt.
7. Select the Next option for the Do you want to run this troubleshooter right now? prompt.
   
8. Click the Finish button.

Create a new Disposable Email Address

1. Go to Yahoo Mail’s homepage.
2. Click the New Message button.
   
3. Click on Create a Disposable email address.
4. Enter a keyword of your choice in the Disposable Email’s temporary name field.
5. Then, enter your preferred email address in the Disposable Email’s permanent name field.
6. Click the Create Disposable email address button.
   
7. Click the Disposable email address button to open Manage your disposable email addresses.
8. Then, click the Disposable email addresses tab.
9. Select the checkbox for the email address that you want to block.
10. Click the Block button.
11. Thereafter, open the Yahoo account that you want to block the email address for.
    
12. Click the More option.
13. Click Options to open the Options tab.
14. Click the Block messages button.
15. Click the Add new email address button.
    
16. Enter the email address that you want to block.
17. Click the Block button.

Block the Email Address

1. Open Yahoo Mail.
2. Click the Settings icon from the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Select Mail tab.
   
4. Tap Blocked from the menu on the left.
5. Add an email address you want to remove from the list.
6. Tap Save to confirm.
