- Press the Run the troubleshooter button.

Turn off IPv6
- Press Windows + R to open Run, type control in the text field, and click OK.
- Next, click Network and Internet to open the window directly below.
- Press the Change adapter settings button to open the window in the snapshot directly below.
- Right-click the Local Area Connection (or Ethernet) network adapter and select Properties.
- Next, click the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) item to open the window in the snapshot directly below.
- Press the Properties button, and select the Disable button.
- Press the OK button to save the changes.
Enable TCP/IPv4
- Open Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center.
- Open Properties for your current network.
- Now, click on Change Adapter Settings, right below your current network.
- Right-click on your active network and choose Properties.
- Select the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) option and click the Properties button.
- Click the Use the following IP address option.
- Enter your router’s IP address into the Local IP address field.
- Enter the subnet mask to the Subnet mask field.
- Finally, enter the Gateway IP address into the Gateway field.

Disable the multicast filtering
- Press Windows Key + R to open Run.
- Type ncpa.cpl in the Run text box and press Enter.
- Right-click the adapter you use to connect to the internet and choose Properties.
- On the Advanced tab, click the Multicast tab.
- Uncheck the “Enable Multicast” option.
- Restart the PC and check if the issue is resolved.
