Contact Sony Support
- Visit the Sony PlayStation Support page.
- Locate the PlayStation Controller Support option, and click on it.
- Select the Red Light Issue option.
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
Update your PS4
- Go to Settings > System > Update & security > Check for Update
- Reset your PS4
Go to Settings > System > Reset - Unplug your PS4
Unplug the PS4 from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in - Try a different PS4 controller
